Sassy Cheryl's is to use no designer paper and at Sweet Stamps, we are to use roses. This is one of the cards we are making in a stamp camp I am hosting with a friend this weekend. It features some lol stamps from Repeat Impressions and a fun newer background technique. Did you know you can create a subtle background just by applying ink all over an acrylic block and stamping on your card with it? The green in the center of this card was done that way. I embossed the borders with a Tim Holtz embossing folder, cut with deckle scissors and distressed with black ink. The rose was paperpieced.
