Celebrate Deer Stencil Card
I am joining in the celebration at 3 Clover Thursday with this card I made for a man's birthday. Both the background and the deer are made with stencils- the deer with black paste and glitter and the background with stencil spray. Hope you like it!

Transparency Card
There is a stamp shop in northern Wisconsin which prints beautiful photos on acetate and sells them for card making. I will be showing alot of cards using them as I just love the look. Visit www.themark-itplace.com to see their selection.
This card is simple but elegant. Simply layer a brown cuttlebugged piece onto a yellow card. Attach the pix with corner outline stickers to a slightly larger yellow piece and attach to the card.

Easy Thinking of You Card
I find myself using more and more patterned paper in my cards. Used to be I only used it for paper piecing, then I started scrapping and my collection grew. I started looking at patterned paper for card making too, and now my collection is huge! Here is a simple card that uses two layers of coordinated paper and a diecut butterfly from the patterned paper to make a simple but nice "Thinking of you" card.
Engagement or Wedding Card
This is the card I sent to my son and his fiance' - wow I love the sound of that! We are going to have a wedding! Not sure when, but we are very happy for them.
It's Christmas Day but my family is all coming tomorrow- can't wait. Better for travel then because Wisconsin is having freezing rain and snow depending on where you are. So Merry Christmas to all!

Holiday Thank You
Please be patient with my early attempts to figure out how to be a blogger:) Not so good at setting up blog or taking pictures or anything right now.. But here is a card I designed for a Holiday Thank you card using Cuttlebug folders. Simple but nice. Hope you like it and are enjoying the days leading up to Christmas!

Easel Christmas Card
This is my primary Christmas card this year that I sent out to all my relatives and friends and shared with my stamper's club at my local stamp shop. It is an easel card, so will stand up using the pearl and snowflake inside. The stamps and paper are by CTMH, and I also used diecuts and punches and nestabilities snowflake border.
I am off this week and so my goal before the kids come home for Christmas is to try to get some of my cards posted and start getting this blog going.
Hope you are enjoying this holiday week with family and friends.
