Always Playing with Paper Challenge

The challenge this week at Always Playing with Paper was to use brilliant and bashful blue, old olive and white in our cards. I created a background with those colors using the background stamp from Raisin Boat. Then I stamped the tree (Raisin Boat) on green patterned paper, cut out with nesties and mounted with mounting tape. The corners of all were rounded and I added dots on the scallops for the finishing touches.

  2. Karen, your card is fabulous. I love the panels, the distressing and the strong focal image. Your detailing around the scallop really works so well with this card. I also love the way you incorporated the sentiment onto the focal panel.
Thank you for joining the Paper Players challenge again this week, I can't wait to see what you do with this week's challenge.
