What If? Wed. Sketch Challenge

The What If? Wednesday challenge at The House that Stamps Built is to create a card using the fun sketch below. I am loving the new Summer stamps Repeat Impressions just came out with and used their Lightning Bug Jar and Fireworks and Aglow with Good Times to create this card. And it is hard to see but the lightning bugs are aglow with Spica Pens accents and you can get those now at RI too. Sparkly fun for summer.
