For my card, I started with a pillow top background and dotted all the intersections with a gel pen. Here is a video if you want to learn how to make this fun background. I stamped the Bear Banner on white and paper pieced the bear. The perfect sentiment is of course also from Repeat Impressions and I added some gems after I attached with pop dots to raise it.
