Happy Wednesday everyone! It's time for
another fun sketch challenge at The House that Stamps Built and we are
challenging you to make a card using the sketch below and link it up for a
chance at some great Repeat Impressions rubber! For all the details on what you
can win and to see the other Rock Stars cards using this sketch, please visit
our blog.
I decided to make a guy’s card with Wendy’s
sketch today. I started with a green card base and some manly dp that I
distressed before attaching. I love using positives and negatives when stamping
and I chose Repeat Impression’s Forest Positive and Negative for the circles in
the corners. I sponged blue ink on a piece of Ranger Specialty paper and
flicked water on it before stamping the tree and deer silhouettes. I finished
the card with an RI sentiment cut out with deckle scissors.
Here is the sketch for you to follow when you
create a card for our challenge. You do not need to use Repeat Impressions
stamps to enter our challenges, but you get an extra chance to win if you do!
I am entering this card in the Anything Goes
challenge at My Craft Creations and “It’s a Guy Thing” challenge at Raisin Boat.
Great Card Karen! I am going to miss you this weekend. Between taking care of Mary and my broken foot I just can't do it this year. I am really down about it.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for joining the Raisin Boat challenge with your fun card.
Have a wonderful time this weekend.
Hugs,
Linda

ReplyDeleteWhat a great card. I love masculine ideas for making cards and wildlife always seems to be great subject matter. I will be busy so won't be doing much card making for awhile. I know I will miss it...do already. LOL
ReplyDeleteNice Guys card, thank you for entering the MCC challenge, good Luck...Kathy x
