Hummingbird Peace Card

This is another card I designed for the upcoming classes in my home. I am sharing a technique using fine glitter, stencils and Copics, as well as a beautiful new Hummingbird stamp by Earth Art International. The side feather piece is very sparkly IRL - here is a close-up that shows that a little better:
I started with a strip of very stickly two sided Sookang tape attached to a piece of cardstock. Then I removed the top piece and poured fine glitter all over the strip, then burnished the glitter into the tape. I attached an open feather stencil from Balzer Designs for TCW and sponged on Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. Then I attached the detailed feather stencil that matches and sponged on Faded Jeans Distress Ink. I stamped the hummingbird on peach and aqua papers, cut out and attached to the navy card. I die cut "peace" (Essentials by Ellen) and attached. I stamped the "be with you" from Rubbernecker, punched out with a window punch from Stampin' Up and attached.

I am entering this in the Anything Goes challenges at 613 Avenue Create and Simon Says Stamp.
