A while back there was a tutorial on Splitcoast teaching how to make a Pleated Skirt Fold with two sided paper. A reader later added a tip on how to make a double pleated skirt fold and I used those instructions to make this card. The double pleated skirt fold was attached to the top of an A2 card. I sponged some ink through a stencil with a Smoothie which is my favorite sponging tool. I added a die cut "hello" cut with a die from Little B. Here is a look at the inside of the card:
In cutting the double pleated skirt, I ended up with an extra pleated fold so I attached that in the center of the card. I also die cut and attached a wonderful sentiment from Die-Sire. I will be sharing this card with my in-home classes next month.
I am entering this card in the Anything Goes challenges at 613 Avenue Create and Crafting with Friends.
This is fabulous! Love that fold! xxx
ReplyDeleteLove your use of the double pleated skirts on the outside, and the wee one on the inside is fabulous.
