Did you see the lovely card I posted Tuesday on my blog? If not, you are going to want to scroll down on my blog and find it. When a piece of Deco Foil is used, there is always a beautiful negative of the image left and it is a shame to throw that piece away. All you need to create another lovely foiled image is a Deco Foil Toner Sheet and the hot laminator. I placed the leftover foiled sheet on a toner sheet and ran it through the laminator (in a folded piece of parchment paper.) The remaining Amber Watercolor Deco Foil transfers to the toner sheet. But the holly and pinecones at that point are black, and I did not want that. So I layed a piece of Green Verde Deco Foil on top of the image and ran it through the hot laminator again and the result is this pretty green and bronze colored background. I die cut the edge with a Spellbinders die and then die cut Frantic Stamper's Modern Greetings before attaching the piece to a top folding cream card. I wanted to say "Season's Greetings", so I found a "season's" in a Tim Holtz Christmas word die set I own which worked beautifully.
I am entering this card in the Anything Goes challenge at Scrapy Land. Thanks for helping me #share the joy of creativity!
That is so creative to use the negative part too. This came out just beautiful.
