I love how realistic looking the lab dog and the cat on this card look! Using layered stamps from Gina Marie Designs they were so easy to make look this real! Here is a close up look:
I recently discovered that Gina Marie Designs has very reasonably priced stamp sets and stencils in addition to the dies they are known for and I could not resist the Lab Dog and Kitty Cat Layered Stamp sets that also include cute sentiments. For links to all the stamps used and to see these and other cards using layered stamps, please visit my newest video here.
Altenew is well known for their beautiful layered stamps and matching dies. I recently received this gorgeous cardinal stamp set and die from Altenew as a gift and I am soooo over winter, so I made a thinking of you card with it. The "thinking of you" die is from Papertrey Ink. Here is another card I made with layered stamps and dies from Altenew:
I created a subtle background on this card by sponging light pink ink through a stencil I created with Altenew's Doodled Lace Cover Die. I stamped the pretty flowers using just two colors of ink with Altenew's Build a Flower Peony Blossom stamps and cut them out with the matching Altenew dies. The leaves were stamped with three colors of green and die cut with the same set from Altenew. The sentiment is from a lovely set of stamps from Stampendous called "Brushed Wishes."
I am entering the last card in the Flower Power challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday.
