I love creating cards with Clear Views transparencies and I have been lucky enough to live close to Jill Lemke who makes them. Jill's shop has been closed for some time now, but another local shop is now selling them and will take orders over the phone if you would like to buy any! I have created some winter cards with some of my favorites and the new video showing how easy it is to create gorgeous cards with Clear Views transparencies is here for you to see.
In the video I show how easy it is to make these cards using an old truck in the snow transparency picture and dies from Sugar Pea Designs and Stamplorations. I used Tonic Studios mirror card in both cards as well as favorite snowy embossing folders. I also show how the transparency pictures are made even more beautiful by backing them with specialty papers such as richio and glittery papers.
If you like the transparencies I show and would like to purchase some, simply visit this page on the Let's Create website, chose the ones you like and call them at 715-424-1343 to place your order. The cost of each sheet of 8 transparency pictures is $4.50 and $5.50 with adhesive backing which makes them so much easier to attach.
Here is the other card I demonstrate how to make in the video here. I CASED this card from one Jill Lemke taught in a class I took at Let's Create, using the same embossing folder and cutting idea she shared. I changed up the die sentiment (Memory Box) and added a snowflake punched with an old punch from Emagination.
I will be sharing four more winter cards I made with the Clear Views transparencies here on my blog later this week. But to see more of the beauty of transparency sheets and the rest of the winter cards I made, be sure to watch the new video here.
Thanks for visiting my blog and watching the video as well as sharing and subscribing! And thanks, too, for helping me #share the joy of creativity!

What great transparencies - I have never seen anything like these before. Wonderful use of the truck on in the lantern die cut.
