Stampendous Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest

I love the fun of "ugly Christmas sweaters" and the more garish the better! I am participating in a Cool Penguin Ugly Christmas Sweater challenge at Stampendous and you can earn chances to win one of three Cool Penguin Stamp and Die Sets just by commenting here and at the Stampendous blog!

**There is also a contest for the designers who post an ugly Christmas sweater card featuring the Stampendous Cool Penguin stamp and die set, so please vote for mine between December 9-11th. All the details on how to vote will be here, (a poll on the blog) and all the entries for you to see will be here.**

I created four merry and bright, bright, bright Christmas sweaters using various bright papers decorated with Nuvo Glitter Accents. I dressed my front Cool Penguin in a hat and sweater created with Therm O Web Rustic Winter Clear Designer Toner Sheets and Radiant Red and Gold Sequins Fancy Foils from Gina K Designs and Therm O Web. My second Cool Penguin's sparkly sweater has a tree and deer from a Tim Holtz Sizzix die set.

The red card base is a pre-cut and scored Funky Fold Accordion Card from The Paper Cut. The center "merry" and "brights" were cut with a Stampendous stamp and die set called Christmas Bright. The smaller "brights" were cut with a Tim Holtz Sizzix die and the stars were punched with a Tonic Studios punch.

I hope your holidays are Merry and Bright!! Thanks for visiting my blog and for voting for your favorite Ugly Sweater card (from December 9-11). And don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win the cute Cool Penguin Stamp and Die Set!
