One of my favorite ways of going dotty on my cards is to create a colorful Brusho background on watercolor paper, then sponge white pigment ink through a stencil of different sized circles for a Bokeh look. After the pigment ink was dry, I stamped Designs By Ryn's water droplets all over the piece and highlighted them with white enamel accents. I layered the piece on a navy blue card and added a die cut "thank you" circle from Impression Obsession.
I am entering this card in the "Going Dotty" challenge at Simon Says Stamp and the July challenge at Designs by Ryn. I am also entering the card into the Take It Make It challenge for July at Craft Stamper Magazine.
