Video - Never Ending Cards Made Oh So Easy with Crealies Dies

I remember the first time I made a never ending card from scratch and after all that cutting and scoring only to have the folds not really work, I swore I would never make another. But then I watched this video by Patty's Crafty Spot in which she showed how easy there were to make with dies from Crealies and I just had to order the die set and try it myself.

This is the card I show how to make in my newest YouTube video here. It is so easy to make never ending cards with this die set! Crealies is in The Netherlands and I was a little nervous about ordering from someone so far away from here, but the price was very reasonable (about $13 American dollars) as was the shipping cost and I received the package in just over a week after ordering. I ordered again and again got great service and awesome dies, so I recommend Crealies very highly.

Here are the other pages in this never ending card:

I used paper from a book of floral cardstock and sentiment dies from Karen Burniston on this birthday version of the never ending card. To see how fun it is to turn the card again and again for new floral images and to see the other Never Ending cards I made, be sure to watch the new video here.

(I do not have an affiliate code for Crealies, but if you visit her website and purchase anything- and she has many many very cool dies there! - please be sure to leave a comment telling them you found their website because of my cards and video. Thanks!)

Thanks for visiting my blog, watching and sharing my video and for helping me #share the joy of creativity!

Season's Blessings Floating Easel Card

I hope your holidays were blessed with family and friends! I have one more holiday card to share this year and it is one of my favorites that I made. I discovered the "floating easel" card this year on Internetland and love the look of it. It is easy to make and I shared how to do it in this video. The beautiful layered pinecone and sentiment on this card are from a set by Dina Kowal for Impression Obsession. I added snow to the pinecone with Nuvo Fresh Snow Glitter Accents. The stitched snowflake is from Lawn Fawn and the snowflake border is by Memory Box. Here is another look at the card folded down:

The sentiment is stamped on acetate and appears to be "floating" which is why the style is called floating easel card.

I am entering this card in the Anything Goes challenges at Scrapy Land. (Lawn Fawn die), and at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday.

Happy New Year! Thanks for your support here on my blog and at my YouTube channel!

Mitten Shaker Card and Ornaments with Birch Press Designs Dies

In my newest video, I showed how I made tags with the mitten shaker die set from Lil' Inker Designs. But of course you can also use the super cute mitten shaker die set to make a super cute card as I have done here. I die cut the mitten out of the center of a mittens designer paper piece and out of a plaid dp piece and you can see the stitching on the inside of the mitten piece and the outside as well which I love! I stamped the sentiment (from Gina K Designs) on a green piece behind the opening and attached acetate to the shaker front. I  created a well with my favorite thin foam strips from Motions Crafts and dumped in some sequins and glass beads. The cute stitched mitten cuff was created with two dies from this same set of dies from Lil' Inker Designs. Happy Holidays is a die from Tonic Studios. Here is a look at the card all shook up and some ornaments I made too:

I am a self confessed die cut addict and used two layered die sets from Birch Press Designs to make these ornaments for a couple dear friends for Christmas. Here are some more photos:

On both the ornaments I used several shades of Tonic Studios mirror card and layers A, B and C of Birch Press Designs Radiant Ornament and Issa Snowflake Die Sets. I love these layered die sets from Birch Press Designs and have so many of them on my wish list. The Best Friends on the back is a die from Tonic Studios.

Christmas is almost here and I want to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a blessed season no matter which holidays you celebrate. I hope you come back to visit in the new year as I continue to share the joy of creativity here on my blog and at my YouTube channel.

I am entering the card above in the Party Time celebration at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday. Christmas is party time, right? And in the Anything Goes challenge at Scrapy Land (Tonic Studios.)

Tags with Napkins and Therm O Web Designer Toner Sheets and My Minc

I had so much fun making tags for Christmas gifts this year that I filmed a video showing all the tags and how I made them. The tags above were made with Therm O Web Designer Toner Sheets and Fancy Foils from Gina K Designs and Therm O Web in my Minc machine. It is so easy simply to lay foil on top of the clear designer toner sheets and run them through the Minc once, twice or three times for the looks above. Here is a link to my previous videos showing the various techniques with foil and the Designer Toner Sheets.

I also made tags with some pretty napkins I bought and dies from Quietfire Designs and Sizzix. Instead of using an iron to attach the napkins to the cardstock, I used my Minc and it was so easy and fast to do. Here is a link to a video where I showed that process.

I am entering the napkin tags in the Christmas challenges at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday and at Dies R Us.

Video- Tags, Tags and More Tags Made with Favorite Dies and Products

I had so much fun making tags for Christmas gifts with some new dies and other products I love, I made a video sharing all the fun and it has gone live today.

I show how easy it is to make fun shaker tags using a new die from Lil' Inker Designs in the video. The die set makes it so fun and easy to make shaker tags for any occasion, not just for Christmas.

I also share how to make mitten tags using another new die set from Lil' Inker Designs. I love Lil' Inker Designs dies especially their dies with stitching on the inside and outside of the cut. This mitten die is also double stitched and can be used on a card or to make tags as I show in the video.

I am entering the mitten tags in the Christmas challenges at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday and at Dies R Us. Thanks for watching, subscribing and sharing my videos and for your visit here today.

Personalized Wonderfall Waterfall Card for My Grandson

My sweet grandson just turned 3 and I created this fun interactive waterfall card for him. He loves to read his name and we also got him a book about a birthday monster so this card was perfect for a special surprise in the mail. I show how easy it is to make a larger waterfall card using Tonic Studio's Bouquets and Banners Wonderfall Die Set in my newest YouTube video here. Look what happens when Evan pulls on the pull monster:

Isn't that fun? The letters and numbers on each tab were created with dies from Karen Burniston and the cute monsters are from a set from Impression Obsession. Here is the last page:

Happy Birthday was cut with a die from Penny Black. I know Evan loved his card and I sure had fun making it for him. Thanks for visiting and watching my new video here.

40 Looks Fabulous On You Wonderfall Waterfall Card

My fabulous daughter had a milestone birthday this month and I created this special interactive waterfall card for her with this message:

The card was created with Tonic Studio's Bouquets and Banners Wonderfall Die Set and I show how easy it is to make gorgeous waterfall cards in my newest video here. Each of the layers as well as the front floral frame were die cut with this die set. I created the sparkle of blue and gold stars and champagne glasses using new Designer Toner Sheets and sparkly foil from Therm O Web.

The last decorative rounded piece was created with Altenew's Glitter Flurries Wide Washi Tape and the Celebrate and Happy Birthday dies are from Tonic Studios.

The wonderfall waterfall cards I show in my video are so fun to make and sure to wow the recipients. To see how easy and more cards, watch here.

Video - Personalized and Easy Waterfall Cards with Tonic Studio's Wonderfall Die Set

Do you remember making waterfall cards and loved the interactive movement, but the cutting and scoring not so much? Tonic Studios has a new die they are calling Wonderfall and it makes making these cards easy and fun as I show in my newest video here. I created personalized waterfall cards for several special occasions and share the movement and details on each in the video. Here is the wedding card I make in the video:

The pages open as the heart is pulled to reveal LOVE:

The whole card is created with the Bouquets and Banners Wonderfall Die Set from Tonic Studios. The gold pages were cut with one of the rounded dies in the set out of Tonic Studios mirror card. The top layers were cut out of cardstock covered with the new Altenew Gilded Ombre' Wide Washi Tape. The letters LOVE were cut out of each layer using an alphabet die set from Kat Scrappiness and raised on black foam tape.

The last page was created with Altenew's Glitter Flurries Wide Washi Tape and Mr. & Mrs. dies from Honey Bee Stamps. To really appreciate how this card moves and how pretty it is, you are going to want to watch the video here.
