Repeat Impressions Designer Choice Challenge

It’s another Designer’s Choice Challenge at The House that Stamps Built, Repeat Impression’s blog. It’s Lynette’s turn and she is challenging us - and you!- to make a card using purples and greens. Lately that has become one of my favorite color combinations. Please visit the blog for all the details and to see the other Rock Star's cards for this DCC challenge. 

For my card, I used markers directly on the beautiful Peacock stamp to make the peacock purple and the rest brown. I then colored the leaves green. I did a little coloring with gel pens to highlight some of the feathers.  I cut out the framed stamp, then layered on green cardstock and cut another frame. The lighter purple piece was embossed and border punched.
