What If? Wed. Sketch Challenge at Repeat Impressions

It's time for another fun sketch challenge at The House that Stamps Built and we are challenging you to make a card using the sketch below and link it up for a chance at some great Repeat Impressions rubber! For my card, I stamped Repeat Impression’s Ornament Frame on blue and cut it out. I stamped the Snowflakes with Versamark and then overstamped the lovely sentiment. I embossed the white background with an embossing folder from Stampin’ up and a technique I learned about here. The photo does not show it well, but the embossed snowflakes are all sparkly.
