Hobby Cutz and Challenges 4 Everybody Challenges
Monochrome is the theme at Hobby Cutz this week, and Anything Goes at Challenges 4 Everybody. I am sharing a card that we made in the classes in my home this month. The background is the Pillow Top Background that I learned how to do here in this video. It is simple to do and looks dimensional. The boots and the sentiment are from a stamp set from Kitchen Sink Stamps. The boots look so real because Kitchen Sink Stamps are a series of stamps in shades of color that combine to create real looking objects without having to color them. I created a border of stars (Martha Stewart) and added some baker's twine to complete the card.
I still have a few openings in the new class sessions starting in June if you are local to Wausau WI. We will do three cards each month learning new techniques and folds, and also will make one Christmas card each month so you would have a head start on your holiday card making too. Email me at khasheck at gmail dot com if you are interested in more details or wish to sign up.
Stamping smiles, Karen
