I recently took a couple of stamping classes at Online Card Classes and one of the ideas they shared was to layer several layers of vellum on a card with stamping on each layer. I tried it on this card and am loving how it turned out. The flowers (from Inkadinkado) were stamped in various inks on three layers of vellum, and then I stamped the sentiment (from Woodware) on the top layer. I attached them at the top of a top folding white card base and rounded all the bottom corners. I placed a piece of black script washi tape along the top of the card, which hid the adhesive beautifully.
I am entering this card in the Anything Goes (with a sentiment) challenge at 613 Avenue Create and the challenge to create our own background at Crafting When We Can.
