Hello blog friends! I am so excited! Wendy and Bill of Repeat Impressions (The House That Stamps Built Blog) have
released 4 new awesome WORDS sets of stamps and you can be a winner just by
hopping along and leaving some comments as you go.
If you visit each blog
along the hop and leave a comment at each stop, you will have earned 7 chances
at the prizes. The more comments you make, the more chances you earn. But you
are not required to leave a comment at each stop. For example, 4 comments, 4 chances; 7 comments, 7 chances and so on. Just be sure to finish your blog

I am so thrilled with each of these sets of
sentiment stamps. They are a delightful combination of one over-sized word and a fun variety of smaller words and
sentiments that go with it. The sets are available either mounted on cling or unmounted. (Click on the highlighted words to go right to
the correct page on the website.) The primary words in the 4 sets are Happy,
Hello, Thanks and You.
My first card above features the word YOU in a
fun congrats card perfect for a teenager or anyone. I stamped the large “you”
in red ink on an angle. I used the largest of Repeat Impression’s Flip Fancy Die Set of
scalloped squares to create the diamond shaped openings on the white side of
some black polka dotted cardstock. I die cut three red scalloped squares with
the smaller scalloped die and stamped “rock” and “did it”. I attached the red
scalloped squares on pop dots inside the openings and added some black candy
gems and a punched star.
My second card would be perfect for saying “thanks”
to anyone special. I masked a rectangle opening and sponged several colors of
distress ink. Then I removed the mask and stamped the dandelion and “thanks for
your kindness”. CAS to make for the next time you want to say THANKS.
I am entering the first card in the Anything Goes challenges at Retarte and Creative Moments.

Fabulous and creative use of the sentiments - Love how they show so well on the cards!
Your cards are so creative! I love the way you've used the big word stamps, letting the sentiment be front and center. You used just enough embellishment to enhance the sentiment, but not overpower it. Fabulous!
Great cards Karen. I wanted to personally thank you for your offer of a card and apologize profusely for my mess up. You know that's not like me. I've been having some dental issues and then travel for the week. No excuse but I do feel bad for making you go through changing everything. Take care.
You designed your creations so beautifully and keep them a CAS look as well! Featured these sentiments very attractively with these two different creations, love them!
Cool cards, you are right, the red and black are great for teens. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
Both cards are wonderful. Love the way you did your layouts!
Love how you combined those dies with the word stamps, Karen. Fabulous cards.
Great cards, Karen! The first card is pure genius, using the dies with it - so clever! Love the second card...lovely!!!
Your cards are beautiful, Karen! I like the large sentiments in these sets! Cool die-cutting technique in the first card and I love the one-layer card as your second - I find these so tough to make! Thanks for a fun hop!
You're so clever, Karen... I love how YOU combined this set with the Flip Dies. Fantastic! And your dandelion card is one of my favorites too. Many THANKS for all YOU do and for helping to make this hop a success!
Hugs,
Wendy

Two fun cards! CAS is definitely perfect for thank you cards and your inked rectangle is the perfect place for those pretty dandelions. So fun that you used the new dies on the first one, too.
