The first Wednesday of each month at Repeat Impression’s
blog, The
House that Stamps Built, is a color challenge. We give you the
color inspiration, and you can make a card using those colors to possibly win a
great prize of Repeat
Impressions rubber! Here is the color palette chosen this
month:
In addition to these colors, I used a sketch that was the
challenge at my local stamp club to inspire me for this card. I started with a
black A2 cardbase. I stamped Repeat Impression's heart window and cute bear with
a heart and cut them out. I embossed the white strip with a hearts embossing
folder. I cut diagonal strips of white and red and stamped RI's hearts
background and “Happy Valentine’s Day”.
I am entering this card in the Anything Goes challenges at
613 Avenue Create and Crafting
from the Heart.
