It’s Saturday and time for another fun challenge at Send a Smile 4 Kids! This time our challenge is: Anything Goes 4 Kids! Create and link any card appropriate for a child and you could win one of our great prizes.
We have two very generous sponsors for this challenge: Sami Stamps is giving their winner a $12 gift certificate! And the winner from Dies R Us gets a $15 gift certificate! TEAM S.A.S will also be choosing their favorite cards for our top three and the winners will receive a blog badge and an opportunity to be a guest design team member on a future challenge.
I picked a digital stamp from Sami Stamps called "My Free Time" to make a card for a teenage girl. Older girls and boys are patients in the hospitals SAS4Kids serves but we don't receive as many cards for them as we do the younger kids. I started with an orange polka-dotted cardstock for the card base and also die cut "Be-you-tiful" from Essentials by Ellen and cut a few strips for the side of the card. I paper pieced our beautiful reading girl's outfit and book and colored the rest with my new markers from Tonic Studios.

Wonderful card for a teenage girl. So fun and well done.
Such a great card for a teenager. I love paper piecing, but I don't use it as often as I should. It looks great on this image.
