MMSC42 & New Raisin Boat
I used my new rented stamp set from Raisin Boat to make this week's sketch challenge from Midnight Madness. I turned the sketch on it's side and this is what I came up with. Doesn't the pier from the "Pier Happpiness" set by Raisin Boat just make you want to sit on the edge and put your toes in the water? The background is three equal size pieces of kraft attached to blue, embossed with cuttlebug and overlapped when attached to the card. I've hoarded these brads forever and was fun to go through and find ones that worked with this card.

This is visually a wonderful piece of artistry. I love that image and yes, I do want to set on the dock, put my bare feet in the water, and throw out a fishing line. Your colors and papers are fantastic. Thanks for playing along with us at the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge.

What a great card for Father's day! I wish the weather would hurry up and warm up that we can enjoy the water and the dock like that. Great job on the sketch this week. Thank you for playing with us at the MMSC.

What a great Father's Day card..love all the textures you have created on this one. Great take on the sketch. Oh I just wanted to let you know to mark your calendar for March 5th because that is when the Midnight Madness will be doing a huge giveaway. It will be a blog candy style with comment entries only. No card making on this one, but I really do not want our regular players to miss out on the opportunity to win. You will not be sorry you entered. As always, thank you so much for playing the Midnight Madness sketch challenges with us. We really love checking out all our entries work each week.
