Crop and Create Cardmaking Delivered Day 2

Here are the cards I made on day 2 of the Fall Crop and Create Delivered:

Gina K started off the day with beautiful stenciled gift card cards. Next up with Stamps of Life with a stairstep die used several different ways:

Picket Fence Studio's kit included adorable baby card dies:

Simon Hurley and Ranger closed out the day and I loved his mixed media backgrounds with all of his awesome products! I will play more and share more later.

More Pop Up Surprise Cards From My New Video

This blessings card is pretty with the script layered die from Tonic Studios and the gold foiled kraft cardstock, but as I show in my new video, the real fun happens when the card is opened:

The Oven Pop up and Oven Extras dies from Karen Burniston create this pop up scene complete with a turkey for the perfect Thanksgiving card! 

My grandson has a birthday coming up and he loves dinosaurs, so I made this card for him with new dies and stamps from Stamps of Life. The Bam Box from Karen Burniston makes the inside pieces pop up BAM and here is what that looks like when opened:

Summer Sunglasses Shaped Cards

I love shaped cards and just couldn't resist the Sunglasses Fold It die set from The Stamps Of Life. I have always liked the look of small images in the sunglasses lens so I bought a set of small stencils with many perfect for summer cards. Of course these cards could be sent to someone leaving on a vacation in the winter or retiring. Here is another card I made with this die set and some other small stencils:

As you can see, this die set is also awesome on a slimline card. Here is another shaped  card I made with this die set:

Shaped and A2 Pinata Cards From My Newest Video

Isn't this shaped fold it card adorable? I made it so easily with The Stamps of Life Rainbow Pinata Fold-It die set designed by Stephanie Barnard for my newest video. This card opens at the top and has a cute balloon message floating on acetate. I made the pinatas on both cards with Spellbinders Pop Up Cutting Foam Sheets which are all glittery and die cut beautifully. 

Here is another card I made with this cute fold it die set and the glitter foam sheets from Spellbinders. And below is a look at the inside of this card created with napkins from Oriental Trading attached to cardstock for easy and very inexpensive designer paper alternative:

Fold It Shaped Cards Made Easy with The Stamps Of Life Dies

I love unique fun fold cards and dies that make them so easy, and recently I discovered the Fold It line of dies at The Stamps of Life by Stephanie Barnard. These dies can be used to make shaped cards or not and on A2, mini-slimline and slimline cards as I show in my newest video here. Here is the first card I made so easily with the Drink Cup Fold-It Die Set and a matching stamp set both from The Stamps of Life: 

This card opens from the top and with the straw sticking up, fits into a mini-slimline envelope. I created a slimline shaker version in the new video and here are a couple pictures of that card:

I show how to create this drink cup shaker and also how to make the card front for just pennies in the new video. I put some gorgeous new Broken Crushed Glass from Renfio inside the shaker along with ice cubes that move created with the dies in the Drink Cup Fold It die set. Here is a look at the inside of this card:

The sentiment and lemon wedge die are from The Stamps of Life and the liquor bottle die is from Karen Burniston.

More Cards from the Amazing Crop and Create Cardmaking Virtual Event

I just finished my first batch of cards from the virtual classes I took this weekend at Crop and Create Delivered Cardmaking Spring 2023 and wish I had more time to play with all of the unbelievable dies, stamps and stencils we received. I am sharing the rest of the cards I have had time to complete so far in this blogpost and Tuesday's blog post if you missed it, but I know I will be designing more when I have the time.

I love making pop up cards, and the unique huge die set with stamps and stencils we received from Pink & Main was used to make the two cards above. The instructor in the online class showed us so many more samples of what can be done with this die set, and some were envelopes flat on the front of a card base, so I need to try that too. The ones above fold flat to mail in A2 envelopes.

I also love easel popup cards and shaker cards and NOT having to color my die cuts so I absolutely loved the many many dies, stamps, stencils (see the stripes added to the kitty??), paper, felt and shaker bits and confetti we received from The Stamps of Life! All that from one company! Unbelievable! And of course each company had a full length class where they taught us 3 cards, but I didn't have time to complete a third card in all the classes. But the classes are available on replay for me to watch as many times as I wish!

These berry sweet cards were made with a die set and paper from Scrapbook.com. We also received a matching stamp set and of course the instruction to make three cards. If you like the dies they are available here at Scrapbook.com, and the paper used is here.

The layering stencils from Taylored Expressions with matching dies and stamps were amazing. I used similar colors to what she taught with, but one of the best parts of the whole weekend was watching Jennifer McGuire work her magic with these and other products in our box! The colors she chose were unbelievably gorgeous! 

Gina K taught several stepped up stencil techniques in her amazing class. I needed some thank you  cards so used some Sue Wilson dies in addition to the dies and stencils we got in Gina K's kit on these two cards.

The class and stencil ideas from Scrapbook and Cards Today class were amazing as was the whole weekend of classes and supplies in this virtual event they sponsored and organized!

I made this lovely card with dies from Crafter's Companion and foiled highlights from Therm O Web and added a die cut sentiment from Sue Wilson. 

I learned so much and received soooo much amazing products, I highly recommend you watch for the sign up happening in April for the October event and join me next time. 2900 participants this time, and these events fill up quickly so watch the Scrapbook and Cards Today Facebook page for information to come soon.
