Easter/Spring Cards 4 Kids at SAS4Kids!

It’s Saturday so it must be time for another fun challenge at Send a Smile 4 Kids! This time our challenge is Easter or Spring Cards 4 Kids. While it may still be winter where you are, it is time to think about Easter and Spring, especially if you want to send in your cards for our kids. You do not have to donate your card(s) after you enter our challenge, but our kids would sure love it if you did. And remember we are a card only challenge- cuz that is what we are all about- cards for our kids!

We have three very generous sponsors this week: Bugaboo is giving their winner 7 digis of their choice! And Tiddly Inks is giving their randomly picked winner a $12 Gift Certificate! A Day for Daisies’s winner will receive a $12 gift certificate! TEAM S.A.S will also be choosing their favorite cards for our top three and the winners will receive a blog badge and an opportunity to be a guest design team member on a future challenge.

My first card above features Easter Bunny Parachute from Bugaboo. Isn't he sweet? I created the egg shaped card with a oval grands die from Spellbinders and as always, I paper pieced most of the image.

My second card features a fun line of Spring Chicks from A Day for Daisies- too sweet! I used a bunch of spring colored scraps of dp to paper piece the chicks and their eggs and embossed a border using a tulip embossing folder from Stampin' Up. The sentiment is from Repeat Impressions (and is used in the card below too.)

Danny's Duck is the sweet image from Tiddly Inks that is featured on my third card. I used a sketch that we were challenged to create a card with at my local stamp club's recent meeting and popped him up over a green embossed hill.

I am entering the Bugaboo egg shaped card in the challenge at Perfect Sentiments to make a card with a diecut and include a sentiment. I am also entering the Anything Goes challenges at Simon Says Stamp and Through the Craftroom Door
