Taylored Expressions just released another of their amazing Create in Quads layering stencil sets, and this one creates four gorgeous Flit and Flutter cards in just minutes. But when you pair it with the new Perforated Paper, it steps your cardmaking up to a whole new level! Above is the card I created step by step in my new video and I love how it turned out!
I recently completed a weekend of classes from Scrapbook Cards Today called Crop and Create Delivered Cardmaking and my favorite class was taught by Taylored Expressions. We received the large layered stencil set called Flit and Flutter Create in Quads and the matching die set. Those sets have now been released on their website and you can check them out by clicking on the links in the last sentence. I also loved Jennifer McGuire's idea of flipping the stencil set to get the mirror image of the birds and butterfly, and I did that on Taylored Expression's new Perforated Paper. You can see how easy it is to create this striking card by watching here.
I also showed how to create 4 cardfronts at once with this new gorgeous Create in Quads stencil set and promised to complete the cards and share here.
I die cut out the larger birds after stenciling and then I embossed both card fronts with a new embossing folder from Spellbinders and Dina Wakley called Soaring. Below is the last card I made with a large script stamp from Taylored Expressions and Karen Burniston's Happy Birthday raised for an eclipse look:
I had so much fun creating these cards and hope they inspire you to give some of the ideas and products a try!
