As I share in my newest video here, tags can be used on gifts or for cards, with or without gift cards and they are not just for Christmas. They also can be feminine or masculine depending on the stencils and dies used to create them. I love butterflies and rainbows and used a Memory Box butterfly stencil and my favorite Rainbow Shattered Deco Foil to create this birthday tag for a special female. The layered butterfly is from Birch Press Designs, the tag die is from Crealies and the sentiment die is from Tonic Studios. On the back I die cut Happy Birthday from Tonic Studios into a pocket created with a Gina Marie Designs Wonky Rectangle die. I can choose to use the pocket for a gift card or just to sign the card. These size tag cards fit perfectly into a legal sized envelope.
This masculine tag card is the smallest of the tag card I made and I used an Elizabeth Crafts tag die for the decorative top. The stencil used for the background is called Dragonfly Harmony from The Crafter's Workshop. The dragonfly die is from Sue Wilson and the sentiment dies are from Crealies. On the back I attached a label to sign my name cut with a die from Karen Burniston.
We all need gift tags and cards for all occasions throughout the year, and I am hoping all the tags and tag cards I shared in the new video inspire you to try some tags with your dies and stencils.
I am entering the first tag in the Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday.

Wonderful tags. I don’t make many but if I do I they are added to a card.
