Whimsy Stamps Slimline Winter Card Hop and Giveaway with Oh So Real Snow

I am so happy to be participating in a video hop today where you could win one of several prizes generously donated by Whimsy Stamps, the inventors of slimline dies! My first slimline dies were from Whimsy Stamps and I love to create slimline cards with them! To have a chance at winning, watch the new video here and comment, then click on the Rafflecopter link in the description box for more chances at the prizes before hopping on.

The first card I show in the video is this fun snowy hugs slimline card I made with a cute Whimsy Stamps stamp set called Frosty Hugs and their stitched Card Builder Slimline die set. Here is a peak at the inside where you can see the stitching a bit better with some more stamps from that cute stamp set:

Did you see the realistic snow bank and snowflakes on the card above? In the video I show how easy it is to achieve that textured snowy look with Maker Forte's Snow Flurries White Marshmallow Paste and then how to puff it up even more for high snow drifts or loose snow for shakers. Here is the shaker card I show how to make in the short video:

The stamps are from Whimsy Stamps Snow Flurry and Frosty Hugs stamp sets and the slimline die is called Marquee Slimline Die, the first slimline die I ever bought. I show in the video how to stamp with white pigment ink inside a laminating pouch (idea from Jennifer McGuire) and how to make the snowy shaker. Here is a picture of the snow and sequins all shook up:

Be sure to take a few minutes to watch the new video to see how to achieve the real snow look on your cards and leave a comment and click the Rafflecopter link for a chance at some great prizes! The contest is open until December 8, 2020 at midnight.

I am entering the first card in the Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday.
